Return & Refund Policy
At MuayGear, we carefully inspect and prepare every order before it ships. Our goal is to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition.
When can I request a return or refund?
We only provide returns, replacements or refunds when the issue is caused by us, specifically when:
- Your order arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The item's actual size is significantly off — about 3 or more sizes larger or smaller than what you ordered (a genuine mislabelling / production fault on our end).
Photo or video proof is required for every request, and the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery together with your order number.
Incorrect size or product ordered by the customer
Please check size and product details carefully before ordering. If you select the wrong size, model or product at checkout and we ship exactly what you ordered, the order is not eligible for a return or refund. This policy does not cover change of mind or an incorrect size choice when the order was fulfilled correctly.

48-hour reporting window
Any damage, defect, wrong item or badly mislabelled size must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include: your order number, photos of the product, photos/video clearly showing the issue, and a short description of what went wrong. Reports after 48 hours may not be eligible, as we can no longer reliably verify the condition on delivery.
Return conditions
Where a return is approved, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging (where applicable), and free from damage caused after delivery. Items that have been worn, washed, altered or used may not qualify.
Processing your request
Once approved, our team will guide you through the next steps. Resolution may take up to 14 days depending on the case and how quickly the required information or returned item is provided.
